No breaks: Even though they are on holiday, the siblings haven't slacked off from working out 

Outdoor workout: Khloe and Kim also made time for a mountain hike while vacationing at St. Barts

Hunky: The siblings were joined by a hunky personal trainer and a reality TV camera crew
