I don't just love SoulCyle and Cycle House for the workout—for me, spinning is all about the music! The playlist makes or breaks my spin experience. The right songs pump me up, get me in the groove and make me push through the pain. A mix of Beyoncé and Bieber always gets me going.
I know some instructors are open to suggestions, so take this playlist to your regular class or just turn it up full-volume at home on your own stationary bike. Either way, get ready to sweat, Khloé-style!!!
