STRETCHING IS MY SAVIOR!



Stretching is the best thing you can do for your body—it's my savior for everything! I have a lot of pain in my knees, so stretching definitely helps that. But you should really stretch whether you have pain or not, because it's preventative. I hurt my quad recently, and I knowit was because I wasn't stretching enough.
Now I make sure I stretch in the morning and at night, plus before and after a workout. Sometimes I even do it in the bathtub—it's so relaxing! Check out the routine in the video below if you need some help getting started—it shows the right way to stretch every party of your body. Enjoy!💋
