Kourtney gets uncharacteristically upset when Blac Chyna releases her own line of emojis called "Chymojis." Kourtney's not only angry that Chyna seemingly copied Kim's KIMOJI line, she's also mad that one of the graphics depicts Chyna slapping a girl who resembles Kylie. A rift between Kourtney and Rob develops, which Kim eventually settles by reminding everyone that, bottom line, they need to support each other as a family unit.
Khloé continues expending tons of energy to help Lamar stay on a healthy track, but he doesn't put in the work. He flakes on appointments and doesn't inspire faith in Khloé that he's trying to get better.
Scott questions Kourtney's claim that both she and the kids have dairy and gluten allergies. Having seen Kourtney eat ice cream and pizza over the years, he believes she's faking her symptoms. Scott tries enlisting Kylie to help him prank Kourtney and get to the bottom of what he sees as a "lifestyle choice."
