Out of her way: Khloe Kardashian showed off her kind-hearted side during her most recent trip to Australia \paying a visit to sick children at Sydney's Children's Hospital in Randwick Say cheese! Khloe couldn't wipe the smile off her face as she cuddled up to numerous children aging between newborns and young school kids

A gentle touch: The 31-year-old took the time out to stop and talk to each of the children before posing for multiple photos with them and their families

Keeping it appropriate: The reality TV star covered up her toned figure as she dressed in a pair of black skinny-cut slacks and a matching coloured v-neck shirt


Rugging up: The model wore a long sleeves black coat over the top of her chosen outfit which fell to her knee

A touch of colour: Khloe wore red nail polish on her fingers and toes which were displayed through her pair of strappy high heels 

A touching moment: Khloe's gentle touch with children comes after becoming an aunt to four, going on five, nieces and nephews  

Basic but perfect: Khloe opted for a nude make-up look along with dark eye make-up and brown lipstick

A natural: Her motherly touch has also been noted by her older sister Kim Kardashian who has claimed Khloe as being the best babysitter for daughter North

Workers: Khloe even took the time out of her busy scheduled day to pose for a snap with the hospital nurses
