Keeping fit: The soon to be mother of two is keeping active during her second pregnancy  Royal treatment: Little North, two, was chauffeured around town in her luxurious pram 

Peek-a-boo: North took in her surroundings while in the pram Easy does it! Kim looked to be quite the pro when it came to navigating the pram

Dressed for cold: Kim was all bundled up despite the weather being a balmy 75°F Taking a step in Yeezus' direction: Kim wore her husband's Adidas Yeezy Boost trainers

Checking in: Kim looked in on North inside her carriage A spring in her step: One of Kim's shoelaces was coming undone as she walked at a brisk pace

Feeling fine: Kim looked to be in high spirits during the outing Aww baby! The star cooed to her little one, who had kicked off her costume heels

Back on: The adorable girl's feet protruded from the pram revealing her costume shoes
