Close: Kim was visiting Khloe after her sister returned from Las Vegas the previous evening; the 31-year-old spent a week at her estranged husband's bedside

Flying visit: Kim will turn 35 on Wednesday; she cancelled last week's planned baby shower after Lamar was taken ill

Visit: She  wasn't the only Kardashian family member to come to the hospital - Kris Jenner was also seen going to Cedars-Sinai

Support: She was no doubt there to give her daughter comfort as well as her estranged son-in-law

Allowed: She was seen driving her car into what appeared to be a 'Do Not Enter' zone
