Who: Karl Lagerfeld and his model squad


When: Fall 2014 Ready-To-Wear runway
Why: This week, Chanel's Paris in Rome show (shoutout to my girl Bella!) featured a runway that looked just like a Parisian street and I had déja vu of Karl's Fall 2014 RTWsupermarket show. I can't even describe how truly crazy it was!!! Karl always creates amazing sets, but for this show he totally transformed the Grand Palais in Paris into a real looking supermarket (with amazinggg Chanel products lining the shelves). I even carried a mini Chanel shopping basket. Some girls had bags that were packaged in plastic, like a cut of meat. All the models were pretending to shop — for haute Ketchup, Jambon Cambon, Chanel brooms, you name it!
So much thought was put into this show and I loved every minute of it. It was definitely the most detailed runway I've ever walked on — or have ever seen! Creativity like this makes me love my job even more. Of course, the clothes were beautiful, too. I loved that I got to strut the catwalk in ultra-comfy, ultra-cool tweed sneakers (and with my BFF, Cara:)
The funniest part? After the show was over, the attendees stormed the store and looted all the swag, haha!

This was Kendall's first Chanel show and she has walked for Chanel six times since.
