Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick reunited on Sunday to take son Mason and daughter Penelope to the movies in Westlake Village, California Family time: The estranged couple arrived together with their kids in one vehicle and looked ready to enjoy a family outing after Scott returned from Las Vegas where he hosted a New Year's Eve party

Dapper: Scott, 32, was casual in jeans and a leather jacket with his hair freshly slicked back while Penelope, three, wore a camouflage jacket over black leather capri pants and clutched a matching purse  Took the lead: Scott walked ahead of Kourtney, 36, who followed behind with Mason, six

Sweetie-pie: The little girl's blonde hair was loose and wavy

No fuss: The four tried to remain low-key as they entered the movie theatre that's not far from Kourtney's Calabsas mansion Trying harder? Scott looked happy and healthy following his stint in rehab and has been spotted out with his estranged partner of nine years several times recently, sparking rumors of a reconciliation

Shaping up? The 32-year-old seemed happy to play the family man and father-figure for his kids on Sunday
