MY SECRET TO FULLER LIPS
STEP 1
First, apply concealer to your lips. Next, line slightly above the top of your natural cupid's bow, as well as slightly below your normal lower lip line until you've reached the fullness you want. (I use Make Up For Ever's liner in Chestnut.) PRO TIP: NEVER go outside your normal lip line on the sides of your mouth. If you do, you'll look cray.
STEP 2
Fill in your lips completely with liner, then cover with a matte lipstick in a similar shade, likeNYX Matte Lipstick in Daydream. Matte lipstick definitely works best for this, since it tends to stay on a little longer.
STEP 3
If you want a glossier look, swipe your lips with a clear or matching lipgloss. Joyce Bonelli always uses Kevyn Aucoin The Lip Gloss on me (this shade is called Vesuvian).
STEP 4
Dabbing highlighter, like RMS Beauty Luminizer, in your cupid's bow and on the center of your lower lip will make your kissah look even bigger!!!
