You've seen me working out on Snapchat. Now I'm breaking down each move!
I've been dedicated to my workouts and want to share my moves with you guys. I know that going to the gym is intimidating sometimes, so I hope that my Snap Story workout makes you feel empowered. Here are some of my favorite workouts to get killer abs, legs and arms.
MOVE 1: JUMPING JACKS WITH UPRIGHT ROW
Do 3 reps of 30.
MOVE 2: STAIRMASTER SQUAT AND JUMP
Spend 3 minutes on the StairMaster.
MOVE 3: STEP TOE TAPS WITH EAGLE CHEST FLY
Do until fail.
MOVE 4: SHOULDER PRESS
Do 5 reps of 12.
MOVE 5: STAIRMASTER
Spend 20 minutes on the StairMaster.
MOVE 6: FLOOR PRESS
Use a lightweight barbell and do 3 quick reps of 30.
MOVE 7: ROWING PLANK
Do 3 reps of 30 (15 on each side).
MOVE 8: BOSU BALL BARBELL SQUAT WITH JUMP
Do 5 reps of 20.
